Most bookings open 1 month before and normally close on Monday evening before the tramp date unless noted otherwise. Book online or phone the leader or co--leader. For trips with multiple grades indicated choose/state your preferred option.

 
Late cancellation may incur a cancellation fee. Unless reasons are compelling pulling out of a trip at the last minute is unfair and should be avoided.

 

 

TRAMP 1289: NOVEMBER 18-19, COROMANDEL - COLVILLE - WHITE STAR STATION TRAMPING

 

A change from the originally advertised Coromandel Walkway trip but still on the Coromandel peninsula. We will travel up to Colville on Saturday morning and settle in to accommodation at the White Star Station. This is a working farm occupying lush valleys , stretching up into the Bush of the Coromandel range. 
We stay in a cottage that sleeps 9 with an adjoining caravan if we need. It has everything, we just need to bring a towel and sleeping bag
They have marked tramping tracks so we will look to do a short walk on Saturday and a longer loop up to the top of the range on Sunday. Great views of both sides of the Peninsula from the top. 
 
Accommodation will be approx$33 each plus $50 transport.
